Richard Andrews has been the Chief of Staff of 60 Minutes since 2006.
Educated at Hurlstone Agricultural High School, he went on to complete a Communications Degree at Charles Sturt University.
Richard started his journalism career in Sydney radio before joining the TCN 9 newsroom in Sydney. After a year at the Nine Network Australia’s London bureau, Richard returned as the Supervising Producer of Sunday and then A Current Affair.
In the early nineties, he was posted to New York for five years, returning as a Producer on 60 Minutes.
Then followed four years at Foxtel as an Executive Producer, then it was back to Nine as the Supervising Producer at 60 Minutes.
